Man. The doctor is great but the nurse is absolutely horrible. She just makes stuff up as she goes. Even initially getting an appointment she said they don't help new patients until they see a doctor but then when I stated my previous child was a new patient and I wasn't treated as invaluable and expected the same care all the sudden an appointment was available. Now that an incident occurred and I need a quick sonogram to make sure the baby is okay nobody is on the same page and good luck getting checked. I'm filing a compl... read more
I call to schedule my yearly check up appointment as a returning patient. The lady that took my call was really disrespectful, bad talking and arrogant. I couldn't schedule an appointment and end up going with someone else.
Dr. Jackson delivered my baby over a year ago and was amazing from beginning of my pregnancy to the end! I was also able to see other Drs while pregnant and they all took very good care of me. The sonographers where very kind and patient. The front desk staff and admin handled everything well for me. Thank you :)
Extremely unhappy with the sonographer we had for our first sonogram after waiting and trying to conceive for 4 years. Her name is Erin Pineda, she was unprofessional and rude. Making that experience awkward and not at all what we waited so long for. Telling me I shouldn't have brought my almost 8 year old daughter in with me. I truly hope we can have someone different next sonogram or I will have no choice to go to a new doctor. I've been with this office since I was 14 and am now 29 and the front office staff is also rude ... read more
