I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at USMD. Every time I try to reach out for assistance, I’m kept waiting for hours without ever being connected to someone who can help. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with healthcare needs. Patients deserve better service and timely support!
The office manager would not even bother helping with the bill situation that I had and I'm still being billed for $40 that I don't even owe also the customer service and the people are really rude.
I always had great service from USMD, I had recently just came back to them,got assigned to Dr Haley Newton,but i see her NP Megan Freeman which I like a lot,then it became WellMed and it's been hell since. No one answers the main phone lines,their new patient portal is a nightmare,I have complained to Megan Freeman and she said the providers have nothing to do with the merger or whatever it is.I am comfortable seeing Megan and when needed Dr Newton but the bugs needs to be worked out of the merging systems soon.One day I we... read more
