I have used this location for mammograms for many years. Never had a problem! Easy scheduling, minimal wait, and quick mammogram..
No issues whatsoever. Everything was great. Easy and quick.
Questions to ask: do they have a full-time radiologist in the office? Is radiologist a member of their professional association and in good standing with the state board of radiology? Are all techs certified? Is front desk staff easy to work with? Can wife or husband stay with patient? How far out are appointments? What do other reviews say? How knowledgeable is staff (as with any office, the answer will be readily apparent after a chat with their office).
Front desk made a point to ignore me the moment she saw me coming through door and talk to her coworker while Time she checked me in
When you call to make an appointment, be prepared to wait! I was told 30 seconds into my call that a patient needed to be checked in and she would place me on a brief hold. 11 1/2 minutes later, it rang over to someone else who made the appointment.
