This hospital could care less about anything but dollar signs. Word to the wise: ask for an itemized bill each and every time. The employees are super fake and were talking about each other at the preop nursing desk. As long as you’re a source of money for them, they will treat you with dignity. They aren’t clear on Preop instructions. Every employee contradicts the other. It’s like no one communicates. Horrible experience. Horrible food. RecommendedIncredible experience for my husband and myself. As an RN/Nurse Practitioner for 35 years, I can say my husband received excellent care in this facility. The 1:4 nurse:patient ratio was evident in the quality of care and attention he received. The room was spotless, the food delicious, the staff friendly, the RNs experienced. USMD accommodates family member staying with the patients with comfortable bedding and attention as well. A+ for Carrie, Carla and Catherine RNs caring for my husband. Well done!
