From preregistration to discharge, I received excellent care from very professional people. I cannot remember the names of all the people who shared the responsibility of taking care of me, but the RN (Devon) who started my IV and did my discharge was outstanding. The CRNA was also very impressive. He was very concerned with my understanding of his role and he was phenomenal at it. Unfortunately for me, I have had several hospitalizations over the years. My experience at USMD was, without question, the best.
Recently had a procedure done at USMD Hospital and my experience was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, efficient and caring at every level. Well run facility!
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and valued. Every person was very nice to me. I have zero complaints about anyone or any part of the visit.
