They showed up to mark internet lines in April, dude said the door on the box was too hot to put back on and he’d return later that day. It’s September and the cords are still spewing out of the box, safety concerns?? When you try to call it says the number is disconnected..

Rarely do they show up to mark after calling Diggers Hotline. They will either mark it as complete, or nothing at all, without ever showing up. It's a shame Diggers Hotline still uses them for locating. I have lost count how many times I've had to call in relocated because they don't do their jobs. I've even sent invoices for lost time on jobs due to no markings from USIC, all of which were unpaid.

Horrible management they don't offer support for there workers. It's clear to see that the employees are over worked and under paid. Their employees do not have the proper training before being sent out into the field.They have alot of employees that don't care about what they are doing and place marks wherever and creates dangerous situations.
