Pedophiles. I had some USIC workers doing some work on a utility line outside my home back in July of 2025. As I was walking my 9 year old daughter to the bus stop, multiple older gruff looking guys immediately started cat calling her and making extremely sexual comments. The police were contacted and 2 of the workers were arrested on the spot for felony crimes. Disgusting company and I am very glad both men are now in prison.

Came by to mark lines and dig up my yard with no notice, took out my internet, and left all their equipment. Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone to remove their excavator or fix my internet and yard.

They showed up to mark internet lines in April, dude said the door on the box was too hot to put back on and he’d return later that day. It’s September and the cords are still spewing out of the box, safety concerns?? When you try to call it says the number is disconnected..

Rarely do they show up to mark after calling Diggers Hotline. They will either mark it as complete, or nothing at all, without ever showing up. It's a shame Diggers Hotline still uses them for locating. I have lost count how many times I've had to call in relocated because they don't do their jobs. I've even sent invoices for lost time on jobs due to no markings from USIC, all of which were unpaid.
