Long story short I had Cleon show up to my home with no notice, proceed to not tell me what he is doing and just ask where my electric is. After me asking him who he is and who he worked for he then proceeded to say he needed to just run sensors around the property. 10 minutes later my Internet is shut off. What a garbage company. Opened a ticket with 811 to mark utilities, showed up, didn't knock, didn't ring door bell, didn't call, marked inaccessible, and left. I called dispatch was told a supervisor would call me back to schedule a time, no phone call, just closed the ticket. Would rate 0 if I could.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. They are at a job in Royal Palm Beach in the Saratoga Lakes community and so far due to their incompetence the Comacast cable on the street has been cut at least twice and the water main to the neighborhood once to the best of my knowledge. They are very unprofessional and rude. They'll just park their company vehicles any where on the street and block most of the street and could not care less about anyone. Their skills of locating utilities are none.
