USIC came on our property unannounced today. It was a beautiful Sunday at 10:33am when we were alerted to a trespass on our property. The USIC technician opened the box connected to the side of our home. Our security camera notified us of the activity, my husband went outside to address the issue. The USIC technician was rude stating he was checking the power based on an 811 inquiry from a neighbor that was building a fence. You posted a phone number that cannot be completed as dialed. I see someone else posted 3 years ago that your phone number does not work........... I can't think of anything good that that says about your company.
Had to put in three separate second notices to get a job marked and what they did Mark was incorrect and when they were called out on it they didn't show up spoke with supervisors who said somebody was coming who was supposed to be the original marking guy still never showed up and today which is Monday the 9th they said they were at my job site at 6:45 in the morning marking and painting flag tickets here. Never showed. My attorney is now looking into this. Held me up for 3 and 1/2 weeks on a job because they can't do it.
