Future Comp USI is the worst TPA for NYS worker's Comp claims. The main switchboard will forward you to adjusters & they NEVER answer. You will have to leave a voicemail and send emails. Often they will IGNORE those. When they do respond, they tell you "sorry we will process that claim immediately" but they are lying, they end up not even submitting it. We have STOPPED taking injured workers with this insurance, we refuse them because this company is absolutely inept.
Jules was extremely professional and helped us understand our policy. He made sure we got the right coverage for the condominiums we manage. He was a pleasure to work with and made everything very easy for us.
