Uship loaded my household goods on May 29th 2026 in Colorado. Delivery to Arizona was promised within 10 days. I am still waiting for delivery. Numerous call to inquire about the status of delivery are rarely answered, or promised returned calls happen infrequently.. Promised delivery dates are no-shows. I’ve ask and have been assured my things are not lost. I’ve lost all trust in this company.

My experience with Uship Van Lines Inc. / Rado Express Logistics Inc. was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I strongly urge consumers to exercise extreme caution and research this company carefully before entrusting them with household goods. My shipment was picked up in California on May 24, 2026, for delivery to Florida.
