If I could give 0 stars I would. Called these guys to service an admittedly older canon copier (but not obsolete) they refused to do a service call citing too much risk and difficulty in getting parts. Despite my willingness to pay for the service call they refused and tried to sell me a new copier. If you need service or even did want to buy a new copier GO ELSEWHERE! Worst customer service ever!!
