I found them really rude and inconsiderate. Many of my neighbours shared my frustration with the way they went about their business - Very poor communication and lack of consideration for residents privacy and belongings. They came onto my property several times a day for two weeks using it as a pausing place as they absailed to the roof. Using a small crane would have been less invasive for residents . I have always had exceptional experiences with the team from Usher and in particular Lisa Ketjen, who consistently goes above and beyond. Lisa always takes the best care of us at the Usher Golf Day and the Usher Cup Surf event. Usher have done some good painting for us over many years.
