If I could give negative stars, I would. We've had this insurance for many years and have probably paid well over $100,000 in premium over that time. We've had no medical expenses until recently, so we didn't know how horrible they were until my daughter needed surgery in August. I jumped through hoops for the application just to be turned down. My husband and I are pretty healthy, but we are 63 and 64 so we do have normal "wear and tear" on our bodies. They need to manage expectations and say you cannot have visited a doctor, or have any knee pain, or never had a regular old virus to obtain our insurance. LOTS OF WASTED TIME!!!! However, since their rating is a 1.6, I guess I should have checked that first.
Worthless. I explained to the agent my husband needed coverage for 4 doctor visits and lab work per year plus medication for diabetes. The agent seemed trustworthy. I hope his commission was great, since the coverage he sold us is useless. 4 months, $2000 and nothing is covered. What a joke.
Would give zero stars if I could. Inundated with text messages from "state licensed agents"...and they all come from different names/numbers with the exact same wording. I am on the do not call list, it hasn't helped. Well, open enrollment is done, so I'm officially fed up with the scammers calling.
