I feel very comfortable from the time I enter the building to the time I leave. The staff is very kind and friendly and I feel like everyone truly cares about me. Dr. Thapa is wonderful and she listened to my needs and I actually enjoyed the whole experience. I did not have to wait long and she gave me all the time I needed. I also love the convenience of having everything in one building. My primary care, gynecology, bloodwork, and pharmacy all in one place. I highly recommend Dr. Thapa and IU health in Upland.
Very kind, attentive and thorough.
Hands down, the best and most caring and knowledgeable internal medicine physician, as well as kind staff that go way beyond the minimum. I got left at the office and was having trouble getting home with my insurance transportation (I live 45 minutes away in Muncie), and Deena (I hope I spelled her name right, made sure to help me get a way home. I seriously would give 10 stars if I could!!
