I don't take rating a doctor lightly, it's their lively hood. I waited almost a month to calm down before writing this. To say she isn't good at her job is one thing, she is obviously knowledgeable and qualified. But her bed side manners are horrible. My once confident in herself 12 year old daughter left her office in tears and unsecure about her body. That's inexcusable. Dr. Philips it's an amazing and sweet Doctor. She has been seeing my youngest daughter since birth and has been very helpful with all my children. The only problem that I have is with the RUDE "back" staff members. They have no manners, from the moment you walk in you can tell that they hate their jobs or maybe their lifes. My husband tried getting help from them and one of them seemed so bothered when asked a simple question. How sad that this sweet Dr has to work with these miserable people.
Dr. Phillips has been wonderful since right after the birth of my baby. She was extremely knowledegable, friendly, professional and more than willing to listen to my concerns. Even after the first visit, I knew I had found the right Doctor. She continues to give me great advice at every developmental stage of my baby. Thank you for always providing the best of care to your patients Dr. Phillips!!
Dr. Phillips is very kind, knowledgeable, patient and is wonderful with children. She takes time to answer questions and seems to genuinely care about addressing all questions and concerns. Very professional and I highly recommend her.
The only reason for one star is to be able to post the review, I will not give this person any star, she made my daughter cry and will not talk about the issue for what my daughter was there. Awful person no bedside matters, didn't read the chart.
