She listens, very attentive, and never rush my visit. If she is attending to her other patients as she does me, I don’t mind the wait. I appreciate her caring.
For almost 20 years I have received the highest level of care from Dr. Usha Natesan. She is a caring professional of the highest quality.
Couldn't agree more with the comments made by some of the earlier reviewers. She does seem too busy to provide any real or personal care to her patients. Rather than getting a call from her, you will instead hear from a nurse (or possibly an administrative assistant) if anything noteworthy is found in your test results--even if it is more serious in nature. Dr. Natesan has treated me a few times at PRMC. She was always attentive and thorough, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain my medical situation. Her calm, caring manner inspires confidence when one is experiencing a serious medical emergency. She is an excellent doctor!
Excellent, skilled practitioner. Very nice and caring.
At one point she was a good doctor, now she has become disconnected from her patients. She is too busy to actually care for her patient's well being.
I feel as if I am a product rather than a patient. She listens to what you have to say but her exams are barely exams with very limited physical examinations. Listens to your heart, looks in your throat and ears, looks at your vitals and blood work. No checking of lymph, no checking reflexes, hand or leg inspections, or general body. When asked about specifics she is quick to refer you to specialists. I have gotten more through exams at my Obgyn and urgent care facilities.
