Always friendly service by all the staff members. Dr. Is good in explaining what the plan is and what the procedure is about in detail.
Dr. Bulusu is an excellent physician, and her entire office staff is very cordial, professional, and caring. It is very clear that her example of Excellence, technical expertise, and compassion is mirrored in every employee. I was very pleased with my exam and surgery, and I will be returning to her for cataract surgery in the fall. I highly recommend her
Well my appointment was at 11:00 and I sat there until 2:00. That was very upsetting. I also told you guys I needed my eye drops sent in to express scripts which still has not been done. When I called the next morning I told you guys I was out of Y eye drops and found out they were never sent over. I am beyond upset. I hope my drops have been sent by now. I will be calling again to check!!
Every appointment at Eye Care Specialist has been an A+, the receptionist, assistants and especially Dr. Usha Bulusu, have treated me with respect. Their up to date with their equipment. Waiting area is very comfortable. Very nice atmosphere at the Eye Care Specialist. I would recommend anyone to go to Dr. Usha Bulusu.
