Such an amazing experience - Moeko was so meticulous and kind and spent so much time making sure the cut was perfect! Everyone was lovely and the haircut turned out great :)

LOVE IT! I got my first ever curly perm done by Issei. What makes it a 4/5 is my side parts, which I wish were a bit longer since I mentioned I like to hide my face shape a little. The bottom parts are also a bit straight in comparison. But I’m still really happy with it. Before we started, he mentioned the lighter ends from when I bleached my hair about a year and a half ago. Amazing service! I had my hair dyed twice here by Fumika. I was so happy about the results the first time I went back to get another color that was a bit darker than I expected, and they very kindly helped me lighten it the same week at no extra cost. The staff were super accommodating and friendly, a great experience :)

First thing I noticed is when receptionist greeting with a smile and ask I got the appointment. I knew straight away that I will be comfortable here. They accommodate me with a snacks and water while being waited to hair pre-consultation. My hair stylist is Yuta and he carefully listening and explain with details. the experience is smooth as butter and the result is the way I expected with how I wanted (I was too shy to express my reactions). they also use k.m, which is my favourite brand to use. that’s when you know you’re ... read more
