Very Displeased. I had a product shipped with Holland (not by my choice). The product became lost to which I had to call back consistently for an update on how lost it was after almost 2 weeks they finally instructed me to file a claim. Their claims process takes 120 days which I understand, however during that time they say "Just buy another product" so sorry if i dont have 1k sitting around to buy a product you lost while you were supposed to deliver it.
