BEWARE!!!! This is not an office you want to go to unless you are a patient who follows direction. I know my partner may be stubborn but the provider also did not do their job on catching that the patient hasn’t taken any of their prevented medications in years and also missing diagnosis that could have prevent death.
The worst. Waited months to get in as a new patient for an appointment only to see USF messed up the date. Any time you try to call them you hold for 30 minutes or more. I'll be canceling with USF and finding new care.
I’ve been seeing Jamie Douglas for years now and she is the most kind and caring person. If I’m worried about something she listens and has no problem sending me for any test or procedure I might need. If not for her my lung nodules wouldn’t have been discovered it was her requesting a heart ct that made it possible to see the lung nodules. She truly cares about her patients and I believe she always has my best interests in the health of my heart.♥️
As a two year patient I can testify to USF Health's poor care for patients. Multiple canceled appointments by my cardiologist. Impossible to get an appointment even if you have urgent medical needs. Absolutely horrible patient care.
Dr. Jamie Douglas is always concerned about your health. She explains everything to you and makes sure you have an understanding. She is the best!
