If you become a victim of scam and try to dispute it through this credit union, you will get penalized and have no access to your accounts! Basically forced you to leave to another bank. Only because you did what is the right thing to do but it cost the credit union so much money to investigate the scam they prefer to loose you as a customer.
Tonya H. and Branch manager Brad were absolutely helpful. I walked in five minutes before close on a Friday afternoon needing assistance with a specialty stamp for financial documents. Without hesitation they kindly assisted me. Friendly and efficient personnel at this Odessa branch. Thank you both once again!!

Not this specific location. I have had such a horrible experience ongoing for the last 2 months. They took without notice or warning $1062 out of the insurance check I got to replace my roof. You would think that after all of Tampa are reeling and dealing from the aftermath of Hurricanes Debby, Helene and Milton that this supposedly "community" bank would know better than to take from an insurance check to replace a roof and that's WITHOUT INVOQUING DECENCY. They suck…I’m helping you out my fellow people don’t get them. They’re rude and disrespectful. I called got hang up twice, I’m like what in the world. Their job is to help costumers but they don’t help out at all. So mess up. Not going to get them all. Thank god I’m leaving them.
