Absolute joke of a bank and credit institution. I had an account with them while attending college that was closed after graduating, the account somehow went negative 43 cents in which they sent to collections as a charge-off that I was completely unaware of. Years later, I've disputed it with the credit companies, contacted all departments, contacted USFCU asking them to change the charge-off status, they refuse to help and sent me to collections over 43 cents. Go elsewhere, avoid at all costs.
Omayra Delgado is a true professional and even exceeds this standard. I had concerns about my checking account and she addressed all my concerns and beyond that with potential issues I didn't think about. I been a member > 4 years and Audrey and Lorenzo at the Saint Pete branch are outstanding as well
Cameron was very helpful in explaining products and services and took the initiative to follow up a couple days after to ensure all went well.
First off I would like to give a Personal thanks to Audrey Richmond who went above and beyond the norms of customer service. What a breath of fresh air in a time of need she made it a very friendly and comfortable experience. I would highly recommend everyone go to USF just.to have the amazing experience.
