Dr. Mamta Patel, MD has been my ophthalmologist for 3 years. At today's visit March 5, 2025 Dr. Patel examined my eyes thoroughly while treating me with respect and kindness. Dr. Patel shares in a friendly bedside manner her expertise and knowledge to this patient. Every time we come here we wait over two hours to be seen. My brother is special needs and cannot wait long periods of time due to his condition. None of the staff here could care less about how long the patients wait or if they are even able to wait that long. No sense of urgency. They cancel people’s appointments same day and if you are able to schedule one just know it’ll be 3 hours after your scheduled time.
