Honestly … i don’t know where to start . I arrived very optimistic and praying that I could get the answers I needed today based on the rep USF has and how long I waited to finally get in with an ENT . Today, all I felt was being unheard, overlooked and dismissed by Dr Boyev. Door open during my visit barely giving me the time of day just simply saying my issues is migraines when my chief complaint was vertigo and frequent ear infections? It’s like I was just a number . Very courteous, gentlemanly and professional. Was very sympathetic and helpful.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Boyev's for four years and thru three surgeries. Dr. Boyev has always taken his time when explaining our next steps and letting us know what to expect. I couldn't be happier with the care he has provided.
