Waited for over an hour after the appointment time just to see a doctor. Then, after the doctor went through everything for a surgery, an appointment scheduler neglected to ask the doctor if they needed to get blood work or not. Over an hour AFTER we had seen the doctor and still waiting for the yes or no for blood work. Clearly there are some major scheduling issues going on. Not okay since we drove over 2 hours to get here.
