Very poor customer service after the sale.. Needed belts, was told 4 different stories of when they would be in, I sorry but it takes a dealer ship over two weeks to get belts , That I will get myself from now on... My suggestion is buy your mowers somewhere else, poor customer service, POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND... Young Lady behind the counter very rude and argumentative.. Only gave one star because it was the only way I could put a Review..
The people working there sounded more interested in selling me a new mower instead of fixing my mower because a tornado damaged it. My mower is less than 6 months old. I looked up the price on one of the parts they said they could order for me if I ended up needing it and the price they quoted me (off the top of his head) was twice what it would cost from the Husqvarna website but he may have been quoting the price if I had to get both sides replaced instead of just one, but I told the guy it was only damaged on one side.
