We purchased a stove from them in October 25, 2024. Oct 26 when I was baking a large cupcake for my daughter's birthday the oven smoked my house out, cut off and threw error code ERR F30 (Kenmore glass top). I cleaned the oven(again). I put an oven mat in the bottom. On Oct 26 I successfully baked 3 batches of cupcakes for my daughter's party.
