I was looking for a tire, their hours on their site under Used Tire Depot says they open at 8:30 am Saturday. Here it is 9:20 and thee recording is still coming on when you call. So I called 1 Stop Full Service Station, not realizing it's the same phone number and address as Used Tire Depot, and their site says they open at 9:00 Saturday. So apparently both places are the same people but 1 says they open at 8:30 and the other says they open at 9:00 but now it's 9:23 and they still aren't answering the phone. Purchased 2 used tires for $100 and chose to have them mounted and balanced elsewhere, only to find out they were bad and unusable. Called and they said they would swap them and mount/balance for free so we went back and they left us sitting there while they took other customers ahead of us. When I asked if they give refunds I was told "It says on the bottom of the receipt all sales final" We were repeat customers, but will never purchase tires here again.
