Horrible people dropped off 2 new directional tires to be mounted and balanced explained in detail how they needed to be installed. Well went back to pick up at just before 2 and there completely backwards well then the u said this bs started. Needless to say left with 2 wheels that I now need to bring somewhere else to be put on correctly
