Negative 5* on my side. Purchased 2 new rear tires, had them installed, tech neglected replacing the valve stems (an industry standard when any tire is installed). One of the two new tires went flat within a day or so. Gave them the opportunity to fix it, was met with a defensive approach then was asked to leave while trying to explain what the standard is. Avoid like the plague yall.
Awesome service. Had a cracked wheel and no locknkey to get our spare off they went above and beyond to get us back on the road 2.5 hrs from home. Awesome family business could not reccomend enough!
Showed up with my car making a loud clunking noise on a cold cold morning. They got me in without an appointment. Took the time to find out what was wrong with my car. Took me outside to show me and explained what was wrong and was very detailed. They were able to fix the issues in a timely manner despite it being freezing outside. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. Now my car is driving like it’s brand new. I would definitely go back to them if other issues arrive.
This company is family owned and they help people more than anyone around Milton. You get more for your money here and your business is appreciated!
