The owner, Chris Johnson required a cash deposit for a new pool pump motor. He promised to email a receipt but never did. He took my pump and its drive without telling me. He also sellunder the name of Phoenix PoolPump Parts I called several times, sent several texts and mailed a letter. I never heard from him again. I filed a police report for stealing my equipment.

DO NOT USE PHOENIX POOL PUMP PARTS AND MOTORS or USED POOL PUMP PARTS both located in Laveen. Chris Johnson is a ruthless, crook. Does not return phone calls and promises he will be by “today”. He does business under both names. Neither licensed by ROC nor does he or either company hold a business license. The five 5 star reviews must be from friends or family - there is no way this company would ever get a 5 star review from anyone. We have been dealing with this disaster for over a month. They rebuild variable speed pool pumps! Let me repeat that: Has your very expensive variable speed pump stopped working? Have you gone to your local pool store (LPS) only to be told they don't repair them anymore? Did they try that line about how it's "cheaper" to replace the motor then replace the bearings?
