They worked hard to give me a more than fair trade. Thanks to Crew , especially Jim, who made sure everything was right. A fair resonable trade. My bike for and ATV. I will be using this service again, for sure.
Brian Martin (manager) is not reliable and dishonest.
Bought a bike. Sales lady was awesome. That's where it stopped being good. Took over a month to ship the bike. Law states after 30 days I have the right to ask for full refund. I did just that. 4 days later I get a call from the shipper that the bike will be at my home. So basically I'm being forced to take delivery of a bike I no longer wanted from a company I regret dealing with. Buyers beware!!!
