This company is a scam. Read all the bad reviews on their main shop in TX. You'll start to see a couple of patterns. From what I have read, they hound you for an excellent review as soon as product is delivered. If you bought an used engine or transmission you simply cannot make a solid decision if it was working or not on looks alone. For people who had an issue, I read the company copy and paste the same tired line over and over. "We cannot find your records by your name..." Wow.
