The first engine u ordered worked out well, the second engine was delayed due to postal issue. but engine was delivered & my mechanic had no complaints so I give these guys a passing grade. Give them a try.
If I could I would give them "0" Stars Used engines In in Houston TX is literally a scam and crooked company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They charge for crap engines and to not stand by their word. 98k Chev 5.3l -Purchase and delivery went well. Engine looked as though it had been sitting outside in a junkyard with a heavy coat of rust on everything. Rear of engine, block and heads were marked with UAP in yellow paint which I believe now means "Use As Parts" only. Engine is installed now and has P0300 code severity 2/3. New plug wires, plugs and coils installed with no difference. Compression test show one cylinder with only 100 psi as opposed to others at 160 -185 psi. Used Engines Inc notified.
