I drove over 100 miles to get a car from them, the car was in such a state, and engine light was on, start and stop was not working, sat nav not working, I was mis led, took over a week to get the deposit back, going back and forth with finance company and dealership, would not recommend. Car seems ok for now but the service was simply poor. They don't like being asked normal questions about the car, and even give incorrect/incomplete information about it. Only came with one key when they said it had two. The AC didn't work and the drivers electric window had a problem too. Also spelling errors and other problems with misleading contract, makes the buyer feel uncertain, unhappy and misled. Be cautious. Ask questions!
I brought a Mercedes from here a couple of weeks ago. I live quite far away and when I got it home it had started making a loud noise. I took ot to my local garage and was told the tensioner was broken and not to drive it untill repaired. I rang used car supermarket up and explained I could not bring it back for repair. I sent them the quote and straight away they agreed to cover the repair. I got it done and the money was in my account within half an hour of letting them know the repair was done. car was delivered to my house and the next day it wouldnt start. £100 for a new battery before we even kicked off. next problem is very noisy rear wheel bearings also daytime running lamps have failed. all this within a few days. i cant see how its passed a test like this. Its clear to me this wasnt inspected prior to delivery. (grey fiat 500 abarth 13 plate).
