Amazing how lazy their salespeople are. All of them seem to want to be paid for you to do all the work. One walked by me as I was looking at a used Mercedes SUV and not only couldn’t be bothered to stop, but also couldn’t be bothered to tell anyone else. How has this company lasted since 1908 with such horrible customer service?
I purchased, a 2025 Subaru Forester from IG Burton. Shawn Sultan was a great salesmen helping me to get the best deal possible. I can’t say enough about how professional and courteous he was, and how hard he worked to give me the best offer of all of the local dealers. I highly recommend this dealership.
Barry was incredible. After 6 months of car shopping, I came across I.G. Burton and felt completely at ease the moment I arrived. I did not feel pressured at all; Barry was nothing but considerate and patient with me. I could tell he had my best interest in mind. I purchased a used vehicle with them and enjoyed the process. Recently had my 2022 Encore GX PREFERRED Subcompact SUV serviced. Kevin was the service repair guy that worked with me. He has always been extremely helpful and efficient. He also ordered a Lyft service to take me to work and from work to return to pick up my vehicle...a complimentary service. However, unfortunately, I will have to return because the door actuator, car part needed for my driver side door had to be ordered and was not readily available.
