I found my dream Truck used at IG Burton. Chris Collins was the salesman who worked with me. It was a great experience and they gave me a reduction on a price that was already below the Kelley Blue Book estimate for that vehicle. I got a free uber ride so I could drive the truck home and come back for the other car the next day. Two days after driving it home, I noticed that the right rear taillight was cracked! Amazing how lazy their salespeople are. All of them seem to want to be paid for you to do all the work. One walked by me as I was looking at a used Mercedes SUV and not only couldn’t be bothered to stop, but also couldn’t be bothered to tell anyone else. How has this company lasted since 1908 with such horrible customer service?
