This service department has ultimately cost us over $1000 in unnecessary repairs because the original work was not done correctly or to a standard that should be expected. This all started in August of 2023 when we had LHM service all our brakes on our vehicle. The plan was to resurface and replace the pads on all four corners. The best service department ever! They are the A TEAM! They know what they are talking about and the attitude and friendliness of everyone in the service department I'd wonderful. Personally, there is just one guy I always go back to when I have an issue, Jimmy! He is awesome. Always helps me out and makes sure my truck gets fixed as fast as possible whenever it's in for service. Offers an Uber if my truck will be in there for a while. Just the best service you can ask for. Will always go back to them.
On the second day working with their salesman i was offered a price on a vehicle in writing. I was asked and signed a paper regarding such quote.I am a handicapped person. I have a set $ amount, that I shared with them. Being disabled has its frustrations. Dishonesty should not be an issue.
