My husband and I bought a car off Andrew Addamo, he was very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this dealership. We are very happy with our purchase.
A friend of mine put a $400 deposit on a car subject to an inspection. The inspection came back orange (caution) and there were quite a few things that needed doing to it. She decided to back out of the deal and get her deposit back. They only gave her $300 back after many weeks and many phone calls asking for the deposit back. They were claiming that the inspection passed and they were not going to refund the entire deposit. Is that even legal?
