Very poor experience. The item I received did not match the listing at all. The title and description were misleading, and I ended up with a completely different part. The seller refused to take responsibility and denied the return, shifting the blame to me for not verifying details from photos. No resolution was offered. Buyers should be extremely cautious — do not rely on the description alone.
UNBELIEVABLE helpful gentleman. I was looking for a very insignificant part for a Smart car, called them and the gentleman took a long time to research if and where I could find one - even though they do not carry such parts in stock. You do NOT find this kind of help today so this was a VERY pleasant experience... THANK-YOU !!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Sent me the wrong part, not even the part that was in the photo when I ordered. To make it worse, it was a part that had been modified and had 2 loose wires sticking out of the module. I requested to overnight me the correct part and was told "we do not overnight even when it is our fault" Emailed back to see how quickly they could get the correct part out..., no response. Emailed the following day and requested a refund and to send me a shipping label and I'd return the incorrect part..., no respo... read more
