Bought a washer and dryer and could not be happier. Works like they said it did. Price was fair. They added the water lines and hoses in for free

This business promised to deliver a washer that was prepaid and after 3 promised times the washer never showed. He said he would deliver faster for inappropriate favors. He stole my money and sexually harassed me.
I purchased a freezer on 9/14/19 which was to be delivered on 9/16/19. Which hasn’t happened. My husband went to his store in 9/17/19 to find out what’s going on only to be told it’s on it’s way. So my husband rushes home and no delivery. I go back to the store at 6:30 the same day to find a note that they are permanently closed. But on Saturday 9/21/19 we see he is advertising on Facebook again. I went to the store and he suddenly closed, locked the doors.
