I called needing a 4 prong cord for my dryer and they asked what I had and I told them I had a 3 prong and they said just bring it in and they will swap it out. No charge.
These guys are fair honest and priced right! Nice old fashioned customer service and fixed my washer right there on the spot saved me hundreds of dollars. I don't like the new junk on the market and this man will keep my old kitchen aid running for 20 more years! Don't hesitate to do business with them! Stay away from the craigslist repair guys they suck!. These guys here are the real deal and took care of us the right way. Kris Barger
Blast From The Past! This store has outstanding old fashion customer service! I went into this store after visiting some other places and I was doing some research because I was undecided on whether or not to buy a used dryer or maybe a used washer and dryer set, to replace my dryer that was not heating. Great service and great care taken for their used appliances. We were in need of a dryer -ours went out suddenly and we have three kids-and the prices were good so I was able to purchase that day!
My husband and I were shopping for a used washer and dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very impressed until we found the Used Appliance Store in Irving.
