I want to give this company credit where credit is due. I got first unit that had damage, enough to allow the gas to leak. After I contact them they shipped much newer unit that works great. Now ofcourse I lost money on labor but I think the damage could likely happen on shipping cuz I saw strong markings on cardboard that it was packaged into. Hyginus and all these scammers are a joke. They take almost a week to even try to ship, and when they do they have to call you and make up as many excuses as possible to not ship what was already purchased. An embarrassment to Florida. Bunch of regards that can’t even ship 1 piece of 1 unit. Stay away.
Highly recommend!! Saved me by finding a replacement A Coil for my obsolete carrier unit. Price $450 with shipping. Alternative was a new system. Thank you!!
