My husband paid for his own drug test. He was being pro active for a legal case. His test results came back positive for a drug he has never used. We called this company asking why and how this could happen. They refuse to talk to us because they said he is not a business. They only talk business to business. I received an email from USDTL stating they were closing my account due to inactivity since 2020 and as of today it was closed. (they completed a drug test for us in october 2025) So I sent an email asking why my account was closed since I did submit and they completed a drug test for my office in October 2025. CPS uses this garbage lab to get the results they want, not accurate results. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Why couldn't they use a local lab in our case, and many other cases? Because these people, across the country, will show them what they want to see! The local ones would reveal the truth. How much are they paying you guys, exactly?
