I received an email from USDTL stating they were closing my account due to inactivity since 2020 and as of today it was closed. (they completed a drug test for us in october 2025) So I sent an email asking why my account was closed since I did submit and they completed a drug test for my office in October 2025. CPS uses this garbage lab to get the results they want, not accurate results. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Why couldn't they use a local lab in our case, and many other cases? Because these people, across the country, will show them what they want to see! The local ones would reveal the truth. How much are they paying you guys, exactly?
I have been using this lab for over 2 years for a case involving custody. This lab has given me a false positive on a recent test, I then had to pay over $400 for a retest and I’m still waiting for those results. I get tested every 90 days, a hair follicle and nail follicle for some reason this last test had opposite results. One test was negative, one was positive for illicit drugs I don’t use.
