Yeah it's a government agency so expect terrible online presence but people who work at the location are very nice. Do not bring your pet with you, but do feel free to bring your service dog with you. After research I found out I need to go to my vet and get paperwork for my dog prepared and the certificate of the current rabies vaccination 10 days before departure or less. After we got the paperwork from the Arguello Pet Hospital, I came here to get it USDA approved. Took probably 15 minutes all together
