The USDA rural dev caused the prices for utilities to go extremely high. Thanks a bunch. The loans that they offer to rural dev. and projects are too high in price, cost and interest. Enjoy the USDA, but man those rates are high. This means nobody can now afford water and sewage in Nebraska. Thus, forcing people to find farms to live on, instead of living in towns or Cities. Thanks a bunch for ruining Nebraska.
