They don’t answer the phone or return calls, so don’t bother. However, when I made the 90-minute drive there to ask simple questions, Megan was extremely kind and helpful and gave me everything I needed, though it seems I was lucky to catch her as she was on her way out. It would be nice if they were more accessible, particularly to people who don’t live in Springfield.
