Quick, easy, and thorough service to get set up for international travel. The receptionist is awesome, and the doctor made sure I had everything correct to complete the process. It is a little difficult to find because it is around the corner and down the stairs but they have a sign that says animal clinic above the door and if you call they'll help you no problem.

I’ve worked with her twice now to prepare travel documents for my dog, and both times she went above and beyond—especially on very short notice. We contacted the clinic to renew the prescription of lifelong medications prescribed by a cardiologist from a certified cardiology center and conducted the necessary tests, as our dogs had poor self-sensitivity. We were given the medicine only once, and the rest of the prescriptions were canceled. In addition, we could not get the test results for several weeks, and I had to call every day. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. We were greeted with minimal attention and care. The problems began right after I sought help: for a week, I called the vet, trying to get the conclusions and recommendations for my pet’s treatment, but every time I faced long delays and complete disregard for my requests.
