I bought the titan2 53" plotter 7/28/26 and it came with a broken carriage for the blade to cut i call customer service the send a new one now I have to take the hole machine apart to replace it with instructions they send me took me almost 3 hours because mind u im not a tek I don't work on these the new one works but the blade holder was to small so they send a new blade cartage and that don't fit so the send me a hole new carriage to hole the blade now I have to replace it again 3 hours and it still doesn't work I been de... read more
I really like that I can walk right into the US Cutter building store front & make purchases! During operating hours, of course. The lady at the counter is very helpful & makes purchasing very easy! Got 5 packs of 3, 30° blades for my US Cutter 53" SC2 plotter & the blades are of premium quality!
