This solidifies that US Cutter should take accountability and responsibility for this printer. WARNING: DO NOT BUY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. No resolution on a very expensive machine. Malfunctioned after 2 months of purchase and light use. They want me to wait a month for a replacement part, and they also dont have the machine in stock to replace. This has put myself and my partners out of production and they truly DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER. Go ELSEWHERE, everything they sell can be had elsewhere and with bundles for the same or better price. BEWARE.
Zero stars. Absolutely ridiculous non existent customer service. No one ever responds. Been trying for three weeks to get answers regarding my order but they just ignore you. This place seems like a shell company to dump products on people. Avoid them.
thanks to us cutter and its employees like Erick with tech support who give the up most professional service .its truly a blessing dealing with professional support when your having a problem. this guy should get a raise, company vehicle, gas expense , and of course 2 weeks pay vacation ... thanks again for great service. HIGHLIY RECOMMEND US CUTTER AND THEIR TECH SUPPORT .
