Super helpful. Austin was awesome.
Plotter never worked, we were given the run around on getting warranty. Told to record video and send them. They told us the plotter wasn't cutting right because our material was on a roll... Couldn't believe my ears.. we also had multiple reps for suntek come down and try and get it dialed in with no success... At least they tried more than this shade tree company... Do not recommend...

Had a couple of setbacks trying to get the right color of vinyl to arrive but they had great customer service and took care of the issue. I'll keep ordering vinyl from them in the future
