Not just the fact that they have great prices but the service team is absolutely top notch. Fedex lost a big order of mine and Us cutters team sent replacements quickly and kept my business on schedule.. I'm a small business so I appreciate this team in helping with my success. Thank you guys

customer service needs improvement. No one ever responds to emails or tickets. Been trying for three weeks to get answers regarding my order but no answer. Call them directly to get things moving. Other than that, products seem good so far.

Eric was so very helpful, and professional in his assistance, in getting me back up and running, after a complete computer crash that forced me to get a new computer, that required a full re-install of my software and equipment. I can not thank him enough! Very pleased with his help.

**In Response To US Cutter** It is understood that this may be a manufacturing defect on a brand new printer. With that being stated, this printer was bought directly from you - US Cutter, not HP. This solidifies that US Cutter should take accountability and responsibility for this printer. You - US Cutter - were given a brand new defective printer - we were the unfortunate ones to get it (but it could have been anyone). WARNING: DO NOT BUY. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. No resolution on a very expensive machine. Malfunctioned after 2 months of purchase and light use. They want me to wait a month for a replacement part, and they also dont have the machine in stock to replace. This has put myself and my partners out of production and they truly DO NOT CARE WHATSOEVER. Go ELSEWHERE, everything they sell can be had elsewhere and with bundles for the same or better price. BEWARE.
