Ordered a few colors of Oracal 951 in 12x24 sizes to check color matches. I received the vinyl in multiple shipments and am missing two of the colors I ordered. The sheets are not 12x24, and add plus or minus 3 inches to either dimension. Also, the tube used for shipping has the top stapled on the the staples went through my vinyl. I'm not using USCutter again. I'll find a new source for Oracal.

This is the worst company to deal with. and as many others have mentioned the worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favor and find another retailer. I hope everyone of them spends a lot of money on something that doesn't work, and they get nothing but the runaround. what goes around comes around UScutter They have sold me a non-working machine and refuse to accept my return just days after having paid for set up by a professional Roland installer that couldn't even get it working. I bought a US Cutter 5 in 1 heat press. Three of the four platens would not heat to a working temperature. I exchanged it for a new one. That one didn't work either. After calibrating twice, I emailed customer service (Peter) the same day it arrived with videos showing the temperatures from a laser temp gun. They never answered that email. When I tried to reopen the case they said that the time had elapsed. They could not show a response to the case/my email.
