Oh my goodness, the staff were so warm and courteous. The officers out front as well as the staff who do the processing.
They are very courteous and professional. My wife's citizenship interview went very smoothly. My green card was approved within 3.5 months and interview was waived. If your immigration file is in Reno USCIS office, consider yourself very lucky.
