It does not, or it should not take years and years for any of these senders to be able to process people's petitions.... There should be a standard when you look and check on people's petitions. Whether they're fake or false and then make your decision from there. The whole process time should take from the time they file. Till the time they get their decision.No more than a year..... I have been waiting since January! No response from USCIS since then. I have contacted my local Congressman, the Ombudsman, USCIS customer service, Emma, sent in 4 inquiries…. Nothing!!
Tengo un caso atascado desde febrero 2024 esposa ciudadano y la última actualización tiene fecha 03/2024. Hemos enviado correos a través de la abogada y no contestan. Es una pena. Se supone que todos los centros en US manejan los mismos tiempos.
