Incredibly polite , respectful, and professional staff. Kudos to this field office!
The officers are so incompetent, don’t forget to remind them your receipt number because 10/10 they will call you about a WRONG client and be rude to you for being wrong lol
Really good experience. Everyone was super polite. Office is very clean and organized. Getting through security was quick. The officer who interviewed us was extremely professional, helpful, and polite. Everything took maybe 40 minutes from start to finish. High praise to everyone working here.
