After I explained the situation for my parents, the staff immediately take care of the issue. The process is very smooth with them. Much appreciated!
Great staff makes your experience inside the ASC center feel like a spring breeze. First you check at the counter outside with your appointment confirmation, and they then allow you inside the hall, and you get your documents checked by the receptionist. You are allotted a token number and are humbly guided to the waiting area. You wait for your number to be announced (mostly in a group of 15-20) and then sit as per the order.
