We visited this office for our biometrics appointment for the UK Standard Visitor Visa. Our appointment was at 8 am but we reached by 7:30 am to avoid the long queue. The doors opened 2-3 minutes before 8 am and initial verification began. Two officers checked the appointment confirmation letter along with the passport. We were then asked to stand in a short queue where two kind ladies were assisting the applicants in order. Terrific, friendly and professional service. Puzzled by some of the poor reviews, I had an excellent experience and was treated with courtesy and respect by all staff there.
